Set it up
- Narrow the court to about half width with tape or cones.
- Form teams of two or three.
Run the drill
- Rallies start with a toss over the net instead of a serve.
- Teams must use three contacts whenever possible.
- Play to seven. The winner stays, the loser rotates off.
What to say
- Three touches.
- Do not send it over on one.
- Call the ball every time.
How to score it
Play to 7. Winning team stays, losing team rotates off.
Make it harder
- Start rallies with an underhand serve instead of a toss.
- Then widen the court.
