What players are learning
Make three contacts the team's normal solution during rallies.
Set it up
- Play 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 on a reduced court.
Run the drill
- A team earns one point for winning the rally and a bonus point for using three contacts.
- A caught first ball may be allowed for brand-new groups.
- Rotate opponents every five rallies.
What to say
- First contact high and middle.
- Second player helps immediately.
- Send a controlled third ball with purpose.
