What players are learning
Learn to pass accurately while the drill never stops moving.
Set it up
- Two lines face each other about 20 feet apart.
- One ball per group.
Run the drill
- The first player passes to the front of the other line.
- After passing, run to the back of the opposite line.
- Keep the ball moving continuously.
What to say
- Face where the ball came from.
- Pass where you are going.
- Move out of the way after you pass.
How to score it
How many passes before the ball hits the floor.
Make it harder
- Add a second ball to the rotation.
