Set it up

  1. Put one or two passers in serve receive and a target near the net.
  2. Servers line up across the net.

Run the drill

  1. A perfect pass earns the passers two points; a playable pass earns one.
  2. An ace or overpass earns the server two points.
  3. Play to 10, then rotate servers and passers.

What to say

  • Start balanced and read the server.
  • Use your voice early.
  • Keep playable balls off the net.
