Set it up

  1. Place four cones around a center base position.

Run the drill

  1. A coach or partner points to one cone.
  2. The player moves with the correct shuffle or drop step, touches the cone, and recovers.
  3. Work for 20 seconds, rest for 20, then switch.

  • Push the floor away.
  • Keep eyes forward.
  • Recover under control, ready for the next ball.
