Set it up

1. Place a ball cart at the outside hitter position.
2. The setter stands at the target zone with a tosser nearby.

Run the drill

1. The tosser sends a pass-height ball.
2. The setter sets into the cart.
3. Take 10 attempts, then move the cart to the right side.

What to say

• Set it high enough for a hitter to get there.
• Finish with both hands at your target.
• Square your feet before you set.

How to score it

10 attempts, count makes.

Make it harder

1. Move the cart to the right side, then alternate front and back sets.
