Set it up
- Partners face each other 15–20 feet apart.
Run the drill
- Self-toss, contact high, and send a controlled down ball to the partner.
- The partner catches or passes, then repeats.
- Progress from standing to a small step-close approach.
What to say
- Reach high, not forward.
- Lead with the elbow.
- Snap over the top of the ball.
