Set it up
- Groups spread inside a small square.
Run the drill
- Keep the ball off the floor using catches, tosses, passes, or sets as appropriate.
- Count consecutive contacts as a team.
- Gradually remove catches as control improves.
What to say
- Call every ball.
- Send the ball high enough to help.
- Reset quickly and celebrate the next try.
