What players are learning
Learn to convert every ball you dig into an attack.
Set it up
- Six on six on a full court.
- One team may only send free balls and down balls over.
Run the drill
- The defending team plays out full rallies.
- Every dig must become a completed attack.
- Play to 15, then swap roles.
What to say
- Every ball they send should end in a swing.
- Never send a free ball back.
- Transition off the net fast.
How to score it
Defending team plays to 15. Swap roles.
Make it harder
- The attacking side is allowed to hit, turning it into a live rally game.
