Say this: End on time. | Make the next step feel achievable.

Coach throughout

  • Use plain language and demonstrate briefly.
  • Keep lines short by splitting players into stations.
  • Praise movement, communication, and courage-not only successful contacts.

Make it fit

  • For half a court, run passing and setting on the same side in separate lanes.
  • For fewer than eight players, shorten each station and repeat the most successful activity.
  • For a mixed group, let stronger players serve from farther back or require three contacts.
Close with this

"Today was about learning how we work together. Every touch gives us information, and every practice gives us another chance to improve."
